Tenders delivered directly to the registry of ZAGREBAČKI HOLDING d.o.o. – Podružnica Upravljanje nekretninama or sent by registered mail after the expiry of the time limit for the submission of tenders will be considered late and will not be taken into consideration.

At this time, RESORT VILA MILDA AND DEPADANCE are under temporary lease, but they will be vacated upon the conclusion of the sale and purchase agreement or by 30 September 2020, at the latest.
