Reservations and sales of coach tickets

The coach terminal offers its users services such as reception and dispatch of coaches, passengers, cargo and goods, sales of tickets, reservations of seats in coaches and left luggage storage.

INFORMATION AND BOOKINGS

The information service of the Bus Terminal offers information on departures and arrivals of buses from the Terminal and other cities in Croatia and Europe.

TICKET DELIVERY SERVICE
Tickets ordered by 3:00 pm are delivered 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm on the same day in the City of Zagreb area and on the next day in the Zagreb County area. City Express rates apply.

Bus Terminal Luggage Storage is near Arrivals Platform 106.
Business hours: 0-24 h
The Cargo Shipment Reception and Forwarding Service is also located with the Luggage Storage premises.
 
EXCERPT FROM RATES
Per hour and per piece rates for luggage deposited at the Luggage Storage:
Passenger luggage (suitcase, bag etc. up to 40 kg and up to 4 hours)    
5.00 HRK
Passenger luggage (suitcase, bag etc. up to 40 kg after 4 hours)             
2.50 HRK
Luggage exceeding the acceptable dimensions and sensitive luggage (suitcases weighing more than 40 kg, radio and TV sets, bikes etc.)        
10.00 HRK
Rates do not include VAT.

The maximum insured amount of shipments accepted by the Bus Terminal is 500.00 HRK. The Bus Terminal is not responsible for luggage damage not resulting from inexpert handling by Bus Terminal staff.
Customers need ID or passport to deposit luggage at the Luggage Storage. Luggage inspections are mandatory.
The Bus Terminal’s rates for the storage of letters, parcels, unaccompanied luggage and other large objects stored by carriers as third parties:

PARKING
The car park for personal cars is located at the north of the Bus Terminal and accessed from Držićeva Street.
